Luis and Andrés grew up in Venezuela. Kevin, in Colombia. Three Latin Americans who arrived in Switzerland carrying something no suitcase can lose: the taste of home, an identity built into every recipe.
Here they found that Latin cuisine was invisible. Distributors sold 'Latino' as a label, not an identity — unpredictable stock, mediocre products, and salespeople who had never tasted a real arepa. Unacceptable.
That's how KELU was born. Not as just another business, but as a statement: Latin food deserves a serious partner — with an authentic catalogue, reliable deliveries, and the respect every recipe deserves. Today we bring that standard to restaurants, caterers and chefs across Switzerland.
